North Andrew dropped their Class 2 State Semi-Final game to Salisbury Thursday in Springfield, 64-42. The Cardinals were led by Tanner McDaniel’s 20 points. NA led 2-0, but Salisbury scored the next 11 points and never trailed. The Cardinals closed in the 2nd quarter to within 22-20, but the Panthers scored the final 8 points and led at halftime 30-20. Jackson King led all scorers with 25 for Salisbury, who advance to Friday’s Championship Game against Campbell. The Camels beat Norwood 54-42. North Andrew meets Norwood at NOON Friday for 3rd place.
