Missouri Being Given Drug To Help Treat COVID-19

The State of Missouri is being sent 4,000 vials of the drug Remdesivir to treat 600 patients.  The prescription drug is used to treat patients with COVID-19.  State Health officals says those with COVID-19 can take the drug for 5-10 days depending how bad their case is.  The Food & Drug Administration has given emergency approval of Remdesivir to treat COVID-19 patients.
