Clarinda City Council Notes (Wednesday)

–Approved an Engineering Agreement for completing a Street Inventory, Condition Ssurvey and Improvement Plan with Snyder & Associates.  Amount paid will be $18,900.

–Approved an Engineering Agreement for Phase II of the Clarinda Recreation Trail.  The City paid $25,000 towards the cost of Phase I.  Phase II’s amount is $52,600.

–Approved an agreement with Allender Butzke for Materials Testing and Geotechnical Site Observations during construction of the new Wastewater Treatment Facility.  Amount is $69,000 ($68,710.42).

–Approved Obligating funds from the Urban Renewal Tax Revenue Fund for the Payment of Annual Appropriation Tax Increment Financed Obligations in FY21 for Boulder’s Clarinda, LLC in the amount of $66,000 ($65,694).
