The Missouri Public Service Commission will hold a local public hearing in Rock Port tomorrow (July 16th) at NOON for Ameren Missouri’s request to construct a wind generation facility. The event will be held at Atchison County Extension’s large meeting room at 201 Highway 136 East.
JEFFERSON CITY—The Missouri Public Service Commission will hold a local public hearing in Rock Port, Missouri on July 16, 2019, in a case filed by Union Electric Company d/b/a Ameren Missouri which seeks Commission authority and a certificate of convenience and necessity (CCN) to construct, own and operate an approximate 299 megawatt wind generation facility (known as the Outlaw Project) in Atchison County. The local public hearing schedule appears below.
July 16—Rock Port. University of Missouri-Atchison County Extension, Large Meeting Room, 201 Highway 136 East. A PSC Staff public information/question and answer session starts at 12:00 p.m. with the Commission receiving testimony from the public following the question and answer session.
