The Clarinda Economic Development Corporation is holding a groundbreaking ceremony tomorrow morning at 9:00 (July 16th) for their housing project. The Clarinda Housing Program is a collaboration between the city of Clarinda, the CEDC, Fine & Sons Homebuilders and eighteen local contractors focused on community beautification, affordable housing and workforce recruitment. The ceremony will take place at 522 West Main.
