Murder Trial Of Shenandoah Man PPD To August

The murder trial involving a Shenandoah man has been delayed until August.  34 year old Toby Lee McCunn of Red Oak faces a first degree murder charge in the April 22nd death of 33 year old Joshua Lyle Jordan.  District Judge James Heckerman ordered McCunn’s trial to begin August 5th.  Pre-trial begins July 22nd.  The trial was originally scheduled for start June 22nd.
