This week’s meeting was moved to Tuesday due to Veteran’s Day:
–Approved an Ordinance to Execute a Purchase/Maintenance Agreement with The Victor L Phillips Company, A Missouri Corporation, for the Lease of a (Takeuchi TL8CRW) Track Loader. The 36 month lease will cost $12,232.68 annually.
–Approved an Ordinance to Execute a Contract with White Cloud Engineering & Construction Company, INC for Professional Services for a Grade Control Structure in Peach Creek. FY19 Budget includes $90,000 in the Capital Improvements Fund for this project. The bid was approved for $66,666.
–Approved an Ordinance to Execute Change Order #1 to a Contract with JD Bishop Construction, LLC for the 2018 Concrete Repair Project. The increased amount is not to exceed $34,480.30 to complete repairs to Aurora and construct a concrete pathway at Mozingo Lake Recreation Park.
