Northwest Missouri State Women’s Golf Finishes 10th At Division II Central Region Preview

-Northwest finished 10th out of 18 teams and had one golfer make her way into the top 20 at the Central Region Preview held at the Muskogee Country Club in Muskogee, Okla.
-Anna Zech led the team in scoring after shooting a 75 in round two and a 153 in the two day tournament giving her 19th place. The 75 was a career-low round for Zech as a collegiate golfer.
-Zech’s two day total tied her for fifth place in Northwest history for a two-day tournament score.
-Morgan Thiele was the only Bearcat to record a birdie on Wednesday with a birdie on the par-5 9th hole.
-Northeastern State University beat out the field with a first-place team score of 602.
