Four injured in I-29 Andrew County crash

Four people were injured in a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 29 near mile marker 61 in Andrew County Saturday. 49-year-old Corey D. Mattson of Rogers, Arkansas was driving his 2004 Toyota 4-Runner the wrong way on I-29 when he collided with a 2012 Toyota Prius driven by 34-year-old Matias L. Mateo of Crete, Nebraska. Mateo and his passengers, 30-year-old Elvira Miguel and 13-year-old Maricela Lopez of Crete, Nebraska, suffered moderate injuries. 36-year-old Hermelinda Lopez also suffered moderate injuries. All four were taken to Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph. Both vehicles were totaled.
