A Stanton, Iowa man crashed in Nodaway County just after midnight. 23 year old Spencer E Zarek was northbound on Highway 71, 3 miles south of Maryville when he traveled off the roadway and struck an embankment. Zarek went airborne and overturned. He was taken to SSM Health St Francis Hospital in Maryville.
