Friday St Joseph Police identified the person killed in a head on collision Thursday night on the Belt in St Joseph. 32 year old Elvin Garcia-Sivestry died on the S Belt Highway near the Highway 36 ramp. The driver of the other vehicle was taken to the hospital with serious injuries.
