The Northwest Missouri State University community is invited to remember Julieann Freeman during a bell ringing ceremony at 2:30 p.m. Friday, April 20, at the Bell of ’48.
Freeman, a 20-year-old sophomore computer science major from Liberty, Missouri, died Feb. 22. She worked as a teaching assistant in the School of Computer Science and Information Systems and as a technology support assistant in the Office of Information Technology. She also was a member of the Association for Computer Machinery-Women, the cybersecurity club and previously served on the Hudson-Perrin Hall Council.
The Bell of ’48, located near the front of the Administration Building, is rung in memory of any member of the University community, and to announce other events deemed important by Student Senate and the administration.
