Two From Savannah Named To Compete In Special Olympics National Games This Summer

Nine northwest Missouri Special Olympians have been chosen to compete in the national games this summer in Seattle from June 29th to July 7th.  Two include Simon Caldwell, a tennis athlete from Savannah and Charlie Phillips, a powerlifting athlete from Savannah.  A total of 60 athletes, 20 coaches and 16 unified partners will represent the state of Missouri.
