Iowa is the #1 state in the country, according to a new study from U.S. News & World Report. Gov. Kim Reynolds appeared on CBS This Morning Tuesday to make the announcement about the 2018 Best States ranking. The rankings are based on 8 criteria that include healthcare, education, ecomony and quality of life. Missouri is #30 and nearby states Nebraska is 7th and Kansas is 29th.
