Iowa U-S Congressman David Young is holding open office hours today in Clarinda from 10:00-NOON at the Lied Public Library. He will also be at the Tabor City Hall from 1:30-3:30. Individuals can meet one on one on a first come, first served basis with the congressman to discuss any issues that might concern them.
