–Approved a request by Maryville Department of Public Safety to switch from 8 to 12 hour work shifts beginning July 18th. This will be on a trial basis for one year.
–City Manager Greg McDanel reported the date for submitting bids to be a vendor for the restaurant at the Mozingo Lake Recreation Park Conference Center has passed with no bids submitted. The effort will now become an economic development project between the City of Maryville and Nodaway County Economic Development.
–Approved to hold a downtown pep rally for Maryville High School fall sports Thursday August 17th at 6:30. The downtown square will be closed from 5:00-8:30.
