Former Northwest Missouri State Player & Coach Listed On 2018 College HOF Ballot

The National Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame announced their 2018 candidates for induction into the Hall of Fame.  It includes Northwest Missouri State’s Tony Miles.  Miles was an All-Purpose player and Wide Receiver who was a member of the Bearcats National Championship teams in 1998-99.

Bearcats Athletic Director Mel Tjeerdsma is also on the ballot as a head coach.  He served as the Northwest Head Coach from 1994-2010.

On the Division I Level the 75 ballot members include:
QB Michael Bishop of Kansas State
QB Eric Crouch of Nebraska
OT Robert Gallery of Iowa
K Martin Gramatica of Kansas State
OG Aaron Taylor of Nebraska
OT Zach Wiegert of Nebraska

The announcement of the 2018 Class will be made January 8th in Atlanta.
