During his weekly radio address, State Senator Dan Hegeman of Cosby spoke on the recently completed 99th Session of the Missouri General Assembly. He says like every session, you celebrate the wins and regret the losses. Hegeman adds it usually takes about 3 years for proposed legislation to pass.
Hegeman says the Legislature has been able to create an environment for job creation. He adds making laws is a combination of small action and big leaps and says it has been a joy to serve the citizens of the 12th Senatorial District of northwest Missouri.
