Wednesday the Associated Press released their all time Top 100 College Basketball Teams based upon rankings since January 1949. Top 5: Kentucky, North Carolina, Duke, UCLA and Kansas is 5th. Iowa is 23rd, Missouri 29th, Kansas State 44th, Iowa State 53rd, Wichita State 58th, St Louis 69th and Creighton 82nd.
