Clarinda Man Arrested For Sex Offender Registry Violation

20 year old Travis Michael Knipp of Clarinda was arrested by Page County authorities Friday afternoon for Sex Offender Registry Violation.  Knipp was unable to post $2000 bond and was taken to the Page County Jail.
